Terms of Service – Net Impression GA4 & GTM Auditor Tools

By using the Net Impression GA4 Auditor Tool and/or the GTM Auditor Tool (“the Tools”), you agree to the following terms:

Use at Your Own Risk

The Tools are provided "as is" and for informational purposes only.
Net Impression makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the audit results. They are intended as general guidance and should not be considered technical or legal advice.

Google Analytics & Tag Manager Access

By authorising access to your Google account via the Tools, you allow us to retrieve configuration-level metadata from:

• Your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties (e.g. data retention, event names, property settings)
• Your Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers (e.g. tags, triggers, variables, consent settings)

We do not access:

• Personally identifiable information (PII)
• Site visitor data
• Sensitive metrics or performance data
• Your Google credentials

No Data Storage

We do not store, log, or transmit your analytics or GTM data.
All processing is performed client-side, directly in your browser using official Google APIs. Any access tokens are managed securely by Google Identity Services.

Limitation of Liability

Net Impression will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Tools.

Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Tools after changes are published indicates your acceptance of those changes.
